Terms and Conditions for GrappleTrack
1. Introduction
Welcome to GrappleTrack, provided by Rocky Mountain Technology Ventures LLC ("Company"). GrappleTrack is a subscription-based platform designed for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners to track their training sessions, view performance metrics, and manage their progress.
By registering for and using GrappleTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, do not use our service.
2. Data Collection and Privacy
- Data Collection: We collect personal information, training data, and performance metrics. All data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
- Data Retention and Deletion: Data is retained as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with the right to be forgotten.
- Age Restrictions: No users under the age of 13 are allowed. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent to use GrappleTrack.
3. User Content and Conduct
- User Content: You may link to video content, which must comply with our content standards. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any rights or laws.
- Prohibited Conduct: You must not upload or share content that is offensive, inappropriate, or harmful. GrappleTrack does not intervene in disputes between users but expects all users to adhere to these standards.
4. Platform Usage and Restrictions
- The service is intended for individual personal use. You agree not to use GrappleTrack for commercial purposes without express consent from the Company.
- Intellectual Property: The GrappleTrack name, logo, and all related features, including the "Grapple Track Skill Map," are proprietary and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
GrappleTrack does not guarantee the accuracy of the data or the effectiveness of any training regimen. You assume all risks associated with your use of the platform, including any reliance on its accuracy or usefulness. The Company is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of GrappleTrack.
6. Subscription Terms
GrappleTrack is available through a monthly subscription with no refunds offered. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
7. Amendments to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of GrappleTrack after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Termination and Suspension
The Company may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. The process for suspension or termination will depend on the severity of the breach.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. We encourage the use of mediation or arbitration to resolve disputes amicably.
10. Miscellaneous
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the United States. Any part of this agreement found to be invalid or unenforceable only affects that portion, without affecting the remaining provisions.
